After learning HTML we have to learn CSS.
CSS means Cascading Style Sheet. It is stylesheet. It is not a language like the HTML.
We use HTML to make a website. It gives the structure of a website. It means if we think about a building them the inner structure of the building is HTML. It means the rod, cement etc are the inner elements of a building and HTML is the inner element of a website.
Then we use colours to make the building attractive and beautiful. Like the colour of a building, we use CSS to make a website attractive and beautiful. It means CSS is the makeup of a website. Now the version of CSS is CSS3.
If we want to learn Web Design and Development we have to learn CSS properly.
Probably we can use Javascript instead of CSS in some cases.
But I think learning Javascript is difficult than the learning of CSS.
There are some mathematical terms in Javascript.
So we have to some calculations in Javascript.
